By accessing or using ProofOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
ProofOS is a global proof infrastructure platform that enables individuals to:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your OTP codes and session tokens. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating claims. Fraudulent claims may result in account termination.
You may not use ProofOS for illegal activities, to impersonate others, or to circumvent verification systems.
You own your wallet and all claims within it. ProofOS acts as a custodian of encrypted data but does not own or have access to your decrypted claim data.
You can delete your wallet at any time. Upon deletion, all data is permanently erased (right to erasure under DPDP).
ProofOS uses third-party verification providers (UIDAI, EPFO, etc.) to verify claims. We provide confidence + risk scores but do not guarantee 100% accuracy.
Verifiers should perform their own due diligence. ProofOS proof packages are evidence, not definitive proof.
When you create a share link:
Important: Once a proof package is exported and downloaded, you cannot recall it. Choose EXPORT permission carefully.
Individuals get free wallets forever. Free tier includes 5 share links/month and 2 proof exports/month.

ProofOS is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months.
The ProofOS platform, Proof Package Format (PPF v1.0), and all associated trademarks are owned by TechAeroes. Users retain ownership of their claim data.
We may terminate or suspend your account if you:
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your wallet.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Bangalore, Karnataka.
